I think whatever 'sympathy' I may have once had for her is gone- she is just asking for it!! They really need to stop playing games with her and get a nice long jail sentence going- everything else has failed, might as well try that, especially since that would have been the answer for almost anyone else!

Sources tell TMZ that a friend drove Lohan, in her Porsche, to The Standard on Wednesday night, and got into a minor fender-bender in the parking garage. Lohan allegedly called her father, Michael Lohan, who reportedly joined his daughter at the club. The two headed into the bar, where they reportedly were talking but not drinking.

Lohan allegedly became angry when a woman in the booth next door commented on her father's presence. Sources say Lohan yelled, "Shut the [bleep] up."
The woman than allegedly tossed her drink on Lohan, soaking the actress. Michael Lohan reportedly ushered his daughter out the door.
While Lohan has yet to comment on the incident, her rep had initially denied that she was at The Standard Hotel on April 5, when a woman accused her of battery, alleging that Lohan had pushed her when she was talking to a male friend. "Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever," Honig told TMZ at the time. "This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame."
Lohan claimed that the she couldn't have been in a fight on the night in question, because she had been home watching TV. But the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has reviewed security footage from the hotel and Radar Online reported yesterday that Lohan indeed appears in the footage at Smoke & Mirrors.
When Lohan's formal probation ended on March 29, judge Stephanie Sautner warned Lohan to "stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work."
Sounds like the best advice Lohan could possibly take at the moment.

24 Apr 2012 -While most people see Lindsay Lohan signing on to portray Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime biopic Liz and Dick as a positive move for the oft-troubled starlet, not everyone is so proud to see Lohan getting her career, not to mention her life, back on track.
Rosie O’Donnell appeared on the Today show Tuesday morning and couldn’t help but chine in on the return of the Mean Girls star.
“I feel very sorry for her. I think she needs a lot of help. She needs a lot of time away,” O’Donnell said. “She’s had a lot of trouble doing every single movie, including [Saturday Night Live]. She was out and not at rehearsal, and I think she's not in a place to work.”
Once known as the “Queen of Nice,” O’Donnell expanded on her comments when her fellow panelist, Donny Deutch, sort of came to Lohan’s defense, calling the Georgia Rule star “this generation’s Elizabeth Taylor.”
“You’re out of your mind! The last thing she did good, she was 16!” O’Donnell replied. “"I don’t think she’s right for the role, and I don’t think she’s capable at this point of doing what’s needed to portray that character. I think the interest level in her has waned significantly.”
Lohan has most definitely not kept quiet on O’Donnell’s negative comments regarding her slow but sure comeback.
“I think Rosie should focus on her own career and stop worrying about everyone else’s,” Lohan’s publicist said.

You can almost hear the producers of the elusive Liz Taylor movie calling agents to send over actresses for auditions, can't you??

Just as Lindsay Lohan seems to be getting her life and career back together by finally getting off of probation, hosting Saturday Night Live, and landing a role as Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming Lifetime movie, she shows up late for taping of her guest appearance on Glee after reportedly being out late the night before!
Dot Marie Jones, who plays no-nonsense football Coach Beiste, expressed frustration at someone on Twitter for being late on the set this morning, tweeting, “Gonna be a long day!! Some ppl show up late and just throw a wrench in things. Not cool! I’d rather be an hour early (I was) than 5 minutes late!”
TMZ later confirmed that the one who was MIA was LiLo! On a positive note, Lindsay had already shot her important scenes and was merely supposed to shoot reaction scenes today. According to “sources connected with the production,” her lateness did not hold up production.

Lindsay Lohan's Glee "Nightmare": Show Sources Spill Details of "Disrepectful" Day on Set

Lindsay Lohan's second day on the Glee set probably won't go down as her finest hour.
Sources on set have given us exclusive details of Lindsay's guest appearance yesterday, including that the troubled actress was indeed "incredibly late," and production had to send a car to the Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood to pick her up and bring her to set.
So what does Lindsay's rep have to say? And what nickname has she picked up on set?
"Lindsay was a total nightmare yesterday," says one (clearly less than thrilled) source on the Glee set. "She was three hours late in the morning, and when she did finally arrive, she just didn't want to be there. She did not want to work. She had not memorized her lines, and she kept disappearing so no one could find her."
A highly placed Glee source tell us that Lindsay's lengthy scene last week went "really great, she was so professional and it looked like everything was going to go so well."
Yesterday, however, although she didn't have many lines, L.L.'s tardiness did irk some members of the cast and crew, who showed up at least three hours prior. We are told that some staffers on set were so less than thrilled by Lindsay's antics, they have given her the nickname "That Girl," adding, "She has rubbed them all up the wrong way by being so disrespectful of everyone else's schedule."
Dot Marie Jones, who plays Coach Bieste, tweeted out (and later deleted): "Gonna be a long day!! Some ppl show up late and just throw a wrench in things. Not cool! I'd rather be an hour early (I was) than 5 minutes late."

Lindsay (along with guest celebrity judges Rex Lee and Perez Hilton) was shooting the big "Nationals" competition, for the Glee episode that will air May 15 on Fox. They were doing reaction shots of Lindsay and the other audience members yesterday. She is playing herself.
Lindsay's spokesman Steve Honig insists she was late yesterday because of a "misunderstanding" about her call time, and tells us: "The production team came to us and said that they wanted to start [with Lindsay] right after lunch, which was at 2. They wanted to begin with Lindsay at 3, so that meant she had a lot of time where she wasn't doing anything. That's why people didn't see her. She was then in hair and makeup and began after lunch at 3."
He adds: "If there was a problem yesterday, I would have just said 'no comment,' however I can't ignore this because this is utter B.S. This is a classic example of people trying to bash Lindsay. She busted her *** yesterday and is back on set again today."
A well-placed Glee source tells us that despite the tardiness issues yesterday, "Everyone on Glee is still rooting for Lindsay. We had made a few jokes at her expense earlier in the show, and we really do want her to be able to succeed."
