Oh my God at Lily.. She's gorgeous, but her back, especially at Carlos Miele and Lanvin, is soo scary. That's in no way natural skinny.

I noticed the picture of Lily bending over in the backstage pics at the lanvin show too.. I was so shocked that I went to search for the girl in the pink dress and when I saw it was Lily I just couldn't believe it! Lily's always been one of the girls I've pointed out as being thin but really healthy looking!.. this is just so sad

Of course I agree that she looks dangerously skinny and I think it´s because she stopped eating,yes.I just meant that many models are skinnier than her,but she look more dangerous and weird,because of her broad shoulders and the bones which are sticking out.

Lily does have a broad shoulder line but actually, she has a naturally slim frame on the whole and is much slimmer-framed than most models... which makes her decision to be so skinny all the more perverse.

yes she has always been naturally skinny but obviously we have seen her at her normal thin weight" and throughout the years see her go through periods where she loses from her already thin frame and it makes quite a difference!!

Hmm....the thinnest models did the most and biggest shows this season.So maybe she lost weight to keep up with the other extremy skinny models,especially with the newcomers.

I just wish girls would recognize it's not worth it. Go into commercial work, do catalogue work. Or just quit the business. Someone just should not be willing to ravage their bodies like that in order to fit into a dress to help sell it. And if their agency is pressuring them to drop drastic amounts of weight, find another one that won't. Wake up!!

I really don't like how the BMI is set up though. Because it doesn't discriminate between fat and muscle. But, that really doesn't matter, because a lot of these girls have neither.

I do think that you shouldn't let models that thin on the runway.

Please dont pick on me, but i think, Vlada has found a healthy way to handle this pressure. No doubt she is still very extremely thin. But she has gained a bit of weight and is not scary any more .... in contrary to Lily Donaldson or specially Olga Sherer - who really scares me so much.

.. and Vlada is looking even more beautiful with that slight weight gain

.. and she did all the big shows (nearly as much as Olga)

.. and she will have some very big campaigns !!

Look at Vlada: There is no need to become skinnier and skinnier to be successful.

going back to Lily's topic... but today at Uni, I saw a girl not that much skinny... but thin and she had bones sticking out like Lily, too...
She was seated and I could count all the bones... so that is weird, non? that has sthg to do with the morphology and bones, then, non?
