Model Lykke May knows a clever shortcut for losing 3 kilos fast.

The 25-year-old model tells "Kig Ind" (gossip mag like OK! and such) that she follows the drastic diet when she needs to lose weight quickly for a photoshoot.

Lykke May says: "If I need to lose weight quickly? Then I'm on a liquid diet. I'll drink smoothies and cayenne-drinks. I'll boil some water and add cayenne pepper and freshly squeezed lemon. And then I drink detox-tea. It really pumps up the speed of the metabolism. It's a good combination that really works for me"

Lykke May emphasizes that this is definately not something you should do every day. And we do agree.

The supermodel, who lives in NYC, furthermore states that she eats "very, very healthy" and keeps in shape with poledancing.

I laughed at both of those comments......the world is such a big place and everyone is so different!!! Don't you just love it

I just had lunch a couple of weeks ago at the same time with a Russian, Brazillian and Canadian model (all have threads here on tfs) and it was to say the least bit interesting to hang around with them.......the Russian and Braziallian models had 2 hamburgers each!!!!

The Canadian only 1 but with fries
