I see what you mean, but on the other hand, the exaggerated facial bones served both ways. Except for on the models who had very gaunt faces in which case the lighting made them look like skeletons, the prominence of the bones made me notice that models actually had cheeks, which I've never really consciously acknowledged before. It might just have been me

I don't find a model's hipbones literally protruding out of the dress and ruining the curve of the clothing sexy at all.

The only ones who didn't look completely tragic were Maryna, Behati, Tanya, Catherine and Natasha (only because her hips are wide enough to fill out a dress, I'm not saying I think she's healthy).
I agree completely, Leger's aesthete is impossible with the current state of thin obsession. The open chest dress on Abbey Lee looked completely ridiculous.

I agree. Most models have very skinny, but also toned, legs. Lindsay's are some of the thinnest. Has she always looke like that?

Betsey Johnson just ran A TERRIBLE SHOW.

None of the girls filled out a single outfit. It was absolutely horrific to watch. o.o

For people who attend the shows, how does the audience respond (if it does)? Are they shocked, grossed out, or simply used to it? I wonder how long this skinny trend can last...

I watched the show and despite Vlada's skinniness, I thought she still looked good. But Olga was gross.

Suvi's walk is horrible. She walks like an ape.

Who even told these girls to walk this way?

most girls on that show are just disgusting..

Vlada's walk is so slooooooooooooooow.

The last girl in the white dress annoys me, the first thing I saw were her hipbones and I couldn't stop staring at it, I only know the dress was white but that was all.

While I will choose to overlook the idea that Vlada is sexy (), I must fully disagree with there being many models much thinner than her. She still looks no more than 100-105 lbs, and she's 5'9. What is truly sad is that she, Chanel Iman, Siri, and other girls who are cleary dying to be thin continue to get so much work, which is what drives them to continue leading the lives they live.

edited for personal weight content

Also, when I see these girls, I can't picture them really commanding their own "presence." They've been so exploited and due to their thin frames I feel like they're not really in control. Someone like Daria Werbowy commands your attention, but if I were to go up to Olga, I wouldn't picture her as making a good impression because of her weight and what it represents. It's hard to explain.
