My theory:
i think rachel zoe leaked that blind item to the new york daily post a couple weeks ago about nicole havingn some sort of stomach surgery to lose weight....nicole's friends have said that nicole doesnt "trust" rachel anymore...then nicole gets back at her by leaving a totally obvious blind item about rachel's issues just like the ny daily post one was totally obvious they were referring to nicole...

well she had just written it last night, and it's already down. so i think someone changed her mind about if she really wanted it all over the place. but other things that she has written on there have been quoted by tabloids, so this one probably will be too.
