That's completely unfair. The choice of what a woman does to her own body is left to the woman herself. For health, personal, money reasons--it's the woman's choice.

the max is actually a year in jail...she won't get that but I'm pretty sure she will get jail time. She admitted to being under the influence of substances and she was driving on the wrong side of a major freeway.

IF she is pregnant she will probably be sent to that medical facility...Twin Towers...instead...

Yeah I would be shocked if she didn't at least get some jail time. I doubt it will get the same media hoopla that Paris got though.

I really just have a gut feeling that she is in no way shape or form with child.

If she is, however, it's nice if she's trying to straighten up her act a bit. She's an adult, and at arguably the perfect age to have her first child.

I think the biggest clue that she is pregnant is the fact that she keeps trying to pospone her trial. If she is indeed pregnant and indeed is trying to use it to keep her out of jail, then it would make sense that she would want to push it forward until she is showing more

Well, this new report says it’s not.
Chicago Sun-Times gossip columnist Bill Zwecker reports that “after a long chat with a close Nicole Richie source Tuesday, I’m confident that Paris Hilton’s TV reality co-star is not pregnant.”

Nor is Richie engaged to Madden.
Though she was spotted wearing a big ring at a recent event, it was just a borrowed item Nicole wore from a Hollywood jeweler for a charity benefit.
While Paris is released from jail next week, Nicole’s drama will begin July 11th, when her DUI trial starts.
Hopefully (if we’re lucky) they’ll allow cameras in the courtroom!
