^ could be.. in Hollywood you can do that in 2 ways. to try to keep your personal life to yourself and try to hide it from the mass media, or make a big show of it and earn a lot of cash. if she'll do the 2nd thing, i don't know....
ah, i don't know.... there are a lot of celebs that have earned a lot of cash by showing their newborns but it looks sweet and nice. but by some, you can see that it was all about money. don't know about Nicole. hope she'll do that in that 'sweet' way

Most people don't reveal their pregnancies until 3 or 4 months in because before that, it's not uncommon for people to have miscarriages. A lot of people, not just celebrities, like to make it "over the hump" so to speak as to avoid any painful questions if something bad DOES happen,
