Well it's a trial so I'd say...yes. Her lawyer has showed up about 3 times this past year to keep getting it postponed but now...it's for real...

i'm honestly not even 100% sure that she is. I've been hearing that it's true because it's been confirmed by 'close friends.' I won't believe it until it comes out of her mouth or it's completely CONFIRMED and i see a huge bump.

The pics that have been floating around don't actually show that she has a bump, it's a small bump. However, it might be hard to notice.

If she is pregnant, i hope it all goes well. I honestly would've never thought that she would of gotten pregnant by Joel Madden. If anything I would've thought that she was going to start a family w/ Dj AM. It seemed that they had a longer relationship. So if they are i wish them both the best <3

Nicole Richie flew to Canada, expecting to avoid going to court on Wednesday, when her DUI trial was supposed to start.
Her lawyer went on Tuesday to court asking that the start date be delayed until August.
And she just got denied!!!!
Richie’s attorney is expected in court tomorrow morning at 8:30 A.M. to argue why they should postpone the start date. The judge will rule then to delay the trial or not.
Pregnant lady better get on the next plane back to LA. FAST!

Well, I am not claiming that she will make "Mother of the Year" , but I won't call her an unfit mother just yet. The Nicole that we see is a "personality" for the cameras. Even in her candid photos, she is playing it up for the cameras. I know she has had some issues with drugs and drinking and God only knows what else, but maybe this baby will kick her butt into gear and make her wake up and be a mature adult.... and maybe not. In any case, I won't write her off until we see some evidence of parenting skills. Everyone deserves a chance at a new beginning, and if she is pregnant, I hope this is hers.
