ok...i was really not liking andrea's style until i went to the website - i like the work on there much more than any of the examples posted here. not my style but interesting to see. thanks for posting it.

Here's an editorial she did for AnOther S/S '12; my favorite of the entire issue.

The only page missing is the title page (which is blank besides the following bold text); otherwise everything is complete and in the correct order.

You are right...It took some searching as there's no biography on his site or on his agency's site, and I couldn't even find an actual piece of text that referred to him as a man, but I did find these behind the scenes photos of Andrea shooting Lisanne de Jong for Dazed & Confused about a year and half ago:
