what a great article.* I admire people like her that look at fashion as fun and not so concerned with the who, what aspect of it all.* I don't know if I've ever seen pics of Anna, but her story brings Lynn Yeager to mind.*

I always thought "at large" meant something to the extent of freelance.* I know a woman who calls herself "beauty editor at large" for Oprah's mag and Glamour, but she only really writes freelance.

Here's some pictures. She's an absolutely wonderful dresser alongside Isabella Blow.

This is Isabella Blow

editor at large means freelance...those of you who thought that are correct...it means they have a contract but are not on staff...

There are alot of eccentric editors like Piaggi and Blow. Diane Pernet who writes/directs for Disciple Films is always noticed for wearing only black and a beehive hairstyle;and my flame-haired friend Ninette Murk in Antwerp--are two on the top of my head that some of you might know of.

Anna Piagi is totally crazy but adorable, also notice uber chic blond Franca S. -queen of style and chief editor of Vogue Italia- sitting next to Anna P.

(excuses to scott, but i cant say the same for Diane P. who looks just the same all the time, she's pretty boring dressed in the same black clothes season in season out... )

She's an unspeakably glamorous, walking catwalk.
