true, but when the number is 50+ and the person thinks she can pull off everything like she did when she was 20. it makes me a bit unsettle.

^huh, I think it's very age appropriate! You never see her in minis and you don't even see her in jeans. Her typical uniform (knee length skirt and blazer) she always wears suits her age imo and she does is wonderfully.

I always thought so. It must be amazing to work with her. She knows what sells and she knows fashion...unlike another certain editor-in-chief.
