burbuja8910, that's Diana Dondoe..love that we can see her work more frequently, can't really figure out what her signature is, there seems to be a lot of graphism in her work, and two other recurring elements I've noticed; nude legs and knee-length boots.

I once flicked through a book compiling the best eds of Dazed & Confused in its early years, and she did a lot of them..along with Katie Grand, Katy England and if I'm not mistaken Cathy Edwards as well. The pictures blew me away, and so did the price tag lol..
