This is probably a silly request/question, but since I was thinking of getting 'Studio' could someone just confirm that it chronicles most/some of his work from his early days (70s/80s?) up until today? Or is it mostly 'portraits' as in close-ups?

I have the original book version which I believe has the same content as the new version. It is only black and white and there is no fashion in there if that is what you were hoping to find.
It's a nice book though. Maybe you should look at it in a bookstore before purchasing it
