I love his work, I really do, BUT he should imo use a little more varied settings.I mean, the desert is pretty and all, but how many years and how many editorials in row just in this thread alone have there been the same elements. Desert, wind sweeping, shrubs, deserted diners and trailers(campers..I don't really know what they're called..) and allways with the satellite dishes and stray dogs in the backround..
and just to prove my point, these are all different italian vogue editorials, and if you look at the other eds posted in this thread, it's pretty obvious that he reeaally likes the desert.        all images from art-dept just an obsivation thought, I know he does a lot of other stuff too and I really do think he's great. Plus nothing wrong the pictures above, they are beautiful. But has anybody else noticed this?

beautiful images peppi, a lot of the elements he uses (desert, wind, etc.) are mostly inspired by the industrial landscape/atmosphere of where he grew up... i love the fact that he can take that imagery and make it so eeriely beautiful...
