I think she has great style, and

the one look she does

seems versatile. I've had so many great ideas from watching how she and "her girls" dress.

I'm not saying she invented the following items, but I've been wearing them due to her influence

headscarfs

That brown Michelle Mason dress is really unflattering with the shoes and bags. ICK. I think the fact that Rachel herself doesn't look very good most of the time gives her clients some cred of having their own style, because for the most part they always look better standing next to her (maybe shes doing that on purpose now that I think about it, real full service image improvement!).
