Well, seems like she's been sharing her secret with Nicole.
I'm a fan of her style.

Few recent pics of her :

RACHEL ZOE has done some really great work on her "pupils"

NOW... how about giving her someone a bit rounder and NOT that easy to dress??!!!!
thats where the talent of a stylist lies.. sorry to say but it IS easy to dress girls who fit easily into anything.. and im speaking out of experience. not all rich girls are slim. some are actually old(er) and big(ger)
overall, looks like she is living her dream through NICOLE and the rest

btw, she does look older than my mum (who is over 50) without exaggeration *shocked*!!

That article was really quite annoying. Not just Rachel, who does sound like a teenage valley-girl, but the way it was written. I agree with others, that while I think she did a great job on Nicole, it is really a bad choice to dress her three big clients in the same outfits all the time. Nicole, Lindsay, and Mischa all wear Johnson shorts, that M Missoni dress, tons of the same accesories, etc. There have been times where Nicole and Lindsay were out together wearing almost the exact same outfit. The article was wrong too, Rachel does not dress Mary-Kate. Maybe she dressed her for an event or two, but she is in no way her wardrobe stylist.

Throughout this thread people seem to be taken by her age...which as a matter of fact is true that she seems to be older than her age...If you look closely to her picture u can see that her forehead is very wrinkle with frowns ( seems to be more genetic than age, because even if ur 30 u wouldnt get that much frown wrinkles...unless its genetic) as for the wrinkles around her eyes and dark circles...i am guessing she is sleep deprived...been partying alot...my 57 year old aunt looks 30...I asked her whats the secert behind her amazing youth...she said to me life is not worth it dont get upset or angry over anything...relax...and the other thing SLEEP...i told her i sleep for 7-8hrs daily...she laughed and said to me that when she was my age she slept at least 10hrs...i mocked her and called her sleeping beauty!lol but she is a beauty alright...i then read in a magazine that while ur sleeping ur cells renew themselves...so its very important to get a good amount of sleep...

^^^ I don't know any full-time working stylists who manage to get tons of sleep! Some nights I manage to get 3 or 4! I like to take as much time off as I can afford to relax and recharge and get those valuable 10 hours a night!!

Poor Rachel. Hope she doesn't come across this thread!

Whether she looks old or not, sounds like a twit or not, or whether she seems vague...I wouldn't mind being paid $6000 per day to have tons of couture thrown my way to dress celebs and get stressed over it at the same time and lose sleep.Good on her ! She's done very well for herself considering no fashion experience or training.

I think most of the catty and negative comments coming from some people are a result of jealousy, envy and insecurity .

i agree that it sounds contrived...
but it IS contrived...
it's all about artifice and 'looking good for the camera'...
it's all 'make believe'...
especially in hollywood...

fake hair, fake tan, fake boobs, fake 'style'...
that's why i say it's reality...
it's just the facts of what's happening out there...
[/QUOTE]

so true. it's very healthy to see the celebs in person and realize how much is hype/myth. what looks good on camera doesn't always translate well in real life, under those hot lights, and also that without their camera-ready veneer, they are mortals.

i agree completely, and that's true for many time schedule related jobs...
and finally she's a stylist not a model...

Yes, this is true. I tried to keep my comment based on her work as a stylist and not her physical appearance. I commented on it only when it was stated that she was 33, which I found very hard to believe, due to the level of aging in her face.

However, Ms. Zoe is not a celebrity and does not put herself out there as one. She is a stylist, and for a woman who has alot of connections to Hollywood and high fashion, it is very surprising and refreshing that she has chosen to remain natural and not have any "work done". Perhaps it is as others have pointed out; that she is keeping long hours and not getting enough rest. She is an attractive lady and does have some settling issues under the eyes and around her mouth, but nothing that alot of rest and a good spa treatment could not take care of.

And no, I sure would NOT want this woman to ever find this thread on-line, maybe the tfs monitors, will be kind enough to delete it and we can start this discussion over in a more professional manner (myself included)
