I've got a rather funny story for this topic, at least to me, it seems... There had always been these unique photographs that I had loved. They each had a very feminine, girly and still very natural feel to them. The set from i-D magazine had been very odd in particular for me, because I had no clue whatsoever that they were connected. In fact, that very first one of Lily Cole had been a single one... originally posted in her topic. Even on the Porcelein Beauty website, the origins of that photograph had been unknown. Later on too, I discovered that picture with the short lace 60's style dress. I had no clue that it was actually from the very same set... Other ones that I had loved individually, in their own separate times, had been the cover and editorial photographs from Vogue magazine. I first saw those of Ms. Bell when I went searching on her agency's website, and found the images themselves to be very special. Another that I had saved was the one of Irina B., sitting daintly in that dotted dress.
Annyyywaaayy.... I just find it incredibly strange, and funny, how they were all actually connected, and how my tastes show direct links!
To start off on her work- that very coincidental set from i-D magazine.
