I hope Catherine on US Vogue cover is not true,cause i can think of another model who has more than paid her dues at that magazine and has just earned it.

Next Month’s ‘L’Uomo Vogue’ Dedicated to Africa

Franca Sozzani's all-black July issue of Italian Vogue was arguably her buzziest to date. Despite these efforts to promote diversity in the fashion industry, the runways at Milan Fashion Week last month remained pretty much just as white as they always are, giving Sozzani even more reason not to stop with the all-black issue. She'll continue to push boundaries with November's L'Uomo Vogue, which she's dedicating to Africa. Franca got the idea from Forest Whitaker and Bernard-Henri Lévy, who guest-edited the issue.

No truly specific release date, but I believe it is a two girl cover... They've been getting better about having stuff out by the 1st since the June issue.

As much as I would love it, I would be truly amazed if any model gets the December 2008 US Vogue cover because they always use actresses. Angelina Jolie, Kate Winslet and a slew of others have Oscar-contending movies coming out any minute now, so I bet that one of them gets the cover, and Catherine McNeil gets an inside editorial. Unfortunately.

i still don't think Anna would give the holiday issue cover to a model and if so, i hope it's not Catherine. there's a slew of models out there who deserves it more
