^ January Vogue Italia is always late because of the holidays. If we're lucky it'll arrive tomorrow, but Epiphany (Jan 6) is an important public holiday in Italy, we usually have to wait until after that.

Yes, those lines were buried in a giant feature story as if they were nothing, with no further details. Oh, Newsweek. But are they true? We asked Vogue about the slip and a spokesman told us, "That was incorrect. We're still very interested in working with her, but it still hasn't been specifically determined what we're going to do." Booooo. However, at least we know something involving both Vogue and Michelle is in the works. Who knew Newsweek was such a tease?

I just hope it's a decent cover in itself after the shocking covers they produced lately.

Honestly it is way to early to put her on the cover, this means she would have to be photographed even before the inaguration of her husband which makes no sense.Imo they should save her for September (hey better than another bland actress looking like a newborn ape).Lets hope they do her justice, but this means March cover is up for grabs, wonder who it is, god it would rock if they did another multiple model cover with Meisel, sigh.

I think if Hilary has been on the cover, Oprah has been on the cover, Michelle would be good on the cover. As long as its a simple portrait and they don't try and do something ridiculous.

I'd take Michella Obama on the cover than another blah actress (see Reese, Kate Hudson, Sandra Bullock, etc..)

ETA: No new news on Vogue Italia?

^A lot of rumors about the cast but no news about the actual cover. I really hope it will be Nimue. I don't like her look that much but I think you can do really artistic things with her.

Or maybe it will be a multi-girl cover? Anyway it will be a multi-girl editorial witha newer girls if I understood things right.

It's the February issue. The issue published in early December was the December/January issue.
