There must be different editions then because I flipped through it yesterday and there were only three covers on the index page. Drew Barrymore, Juliette Lewis, and Ellen Page (the "Whip It" cast). All by Ellen von Unwerth.

My friend's recognized Eva Herzigova and to be certain read the name for me, lol. She described the cover as a black and white photo with a big sort of "e" in pink. So it does seem to be a 4th cover...
