Cover Rumor Thread #2
Do you have information about who is going to be on a certain cover, but you don't have solid evidence (examples of solid evidence: you've seen a shot of it, or you have a snap of it)? Then this is the thread for you.
Note from the Moderators In order to improve site performance, long threads that are draining our loading time will be closed and we are going to be periodically starting new threads. This should help pages load faster. If we do not close these threads we do not have a safety margin to handle heavy traffic and tFS will crash.

Claudia Schiffer may be on the cover of Playboy France for their 100th aniversary issue which will be out this summer.

On that point, I've noticed that US Playboy has been producing rather reserved covers lately, one of them was just Lisa Rinna sitting on a stool.

Yes, I quite liked the exuberance of that shot, in terms of the colours - yet overall, it was still strangely tame. There's definitely been something going on, in the past two months, with US Playboy.

French Playboy is ULTRA classy! For the past year, their edits have been right on trend and very fashion-forward ( I especially loved Lily Cole and Anouck Lepere's edits). I'm looking forward to Claudia's cover. I think she is an excellent choice for an anniversary issue. The woman has aged flawlessly! Plus, she always does excellent work! I want to see something very sexy, yet very elegant. Though I'm not worried: Claudia has such a regal, European essence that I really think she can make even the sultriest of pictures sophisticated.
I haven't noticed US Playboy in the last couple of months, but I will check it out. If tigerrouge says it is changing, then I believe it !

Bear in mind that tigerrouge cannot vouch for any of the contents - though I'm sure they haven't changed much. The impression I get from seeing the past few covers is that Playboy appears to be in some sort of transitional stage - or more adrift than it was before. I don't know if they're improving or fading. I haven't bothered looking inside that closely, maybe I should. At the moment, I'm waiting to see what the next cover will look like.
I do buy it occasionally, when they have one of their anniversary issues, where they do a run-down of all their covers.
