For a second I thought that it would go to Michelle Obama after the president was re-elected, like last time. AW and co. did a lot during the president's campaign trail. It surprises that she is not repeating.

I don't think so, first the february issue is the American Issue, it makes no sence put a British woman on the cover, besides she is now a fashion designer it would be really unfair to all the advertisers that they put on the cover a designer that doesn't advertised in the magazine.
