I really like Lily's ed but maybe its only because I can relate to it as the way I'd want to be photographed if I were to do a playboy? I also just thinks she looks really conventionally pretty in a way that she usually doesn't and I like that.

i don't think they intended to make her look like a child. the pictures imply innocence and cuteness with a hint of playfulness. which very much reminds me of the Anime girls( innocent shy faces + huge boobs+ lolita-esque clothes)  Now if it was another model, other than Coco, dressed in this particular girly/sweet style no one would complain .. but guess what it's Coco! And she happens to look like a Lolita/doll in almost all her editorials. it's her appeal.
