are people forgetting that this was used for harper's bazaar uk, september? i swear it seems like people jump on other overseas publication for reprints.

Though the cover is a reprint from a picture of UK September's Bazaar, it's actually my favourite picture of the whole lot, so I'm glad they've chosen it.
