It reminds me October 2009 cover with Natalia Vodianova.
Not amazing cover, but still OK. Though I don't like Chloe.

I think this same Chloë photoshoot by Pavel Havlicek was first featured in Korean Harper's Bazaar February 2010, and then in Singaporean Harper's Bazaar March 2010. I wonder if this will be an exact reprint from either issue.
