Covers like this start looking good during times when everything else on offer is bad.

Stunning cover, but Natalia has a forced pose, almost she looks like a robot.

Perfection! Such a great cover, and Natalia looks so regal and elegant. Harper's Bazaar is really excelling with it's covers right now!

Also in the issue. I'm sure we can cast that editorial perfectly before we've even seen it.

Go ahead! I am quite curious... Carine has been obsessed with Stephanie Seymour... so maybe there's Stephanie? and maybe Laetitia Casta bcos there's a reference to all shapes... not sure who she likes from new models... Saskia?;-)

I really like the cover! It's clean, simple, Natalia looks beautiful. I think they were going for the minimalistic look and imo they achieved it.

Also in the behind the scenes video of the cover shoot you can see Cathy say they wanted to take couture and mix it with something sporty... then there's a set up of Natalia with a silver gym ball and orange trainers on with one of the looks... Yikes.

^Yeah, I seen the behind-the-scenes video and was completely turned off which the thought of Natalia's editorial. The concept sounded rather boring and looked like some Stella McCartney ad campaign rip-off. It's a shame the cover shot concept didn't run into the accompanying story. The cover shot is gorgeous, very elegant and Raf's Christian Dior collections are photographing beautifully.

I just hope the subscriber's cover will have a similar shot to the newsstand cover (which is so beautiful), and won't be of some Cathleen Naundorf shoot which might be inside - or any other story.

I'm looking forward to this issue nonetheless. My subscription copy couldn't come quick enough (was hoping it would of come yesterday). I wonder how Carine Roitfeld's story by Karl Lagerfeld will look. Oh the pleasures of September issues.

My subscription just arrived but I'm about to head out. I will scan and do a review if anyone doesn't beat me to it later. The Carine Roitfeld story is a major let down. The shoot has been used for Australian Bazaar's cover with Scarlett. This is a really strong issue, though.
