who who WHO did the make up hair and styling here???
it's phenomenal...

i don't understand why you guys don't include this info as standard really-
i mean- you can SEE who the model is...you don't need to write it do you?
but the rest of the team is responsible for the creative success of the story...isn't anyone interested in who is responsible for this?

i mean- she has a GIRAFFE on her face and leopard dots all over herr body-her hair is sprayed graphically and she is wearing a combo of vintage and luxury designer pieces...

THAT is what makes it a cool picture...

I really like the cover, and the editorials look great too. Can't wait to pick up this issue.

Sugar sugar, candy pop. Push it down, pull it up.
Photographer: Alex Cayley
Styling: Soraya Dayani
Hair: Colin Gold
Make-up: Dotti

I apologise for the lack of scans but I seriously have the most unreliable scanner in the world.
I'll scan the rest tomorrow if someone doesn't do it before me.

Also, thank you for the karma Bianca !

I'd like if people posted everyone who had a major contribution to the editorial - models included. I can't always tell who the model is, especially when they're covered in bright makeup.

I love love love the facepaint used in the "I scream. You scream. We all scream, for ice cream." Editorial, not to mention the redbull!

And I like Caroline's ed. It's cute. Great legs!

certainly in some cases it may be difficult to tell...but most of the time it's quite obvious, no?

i certainly have no objection to citing the name of the model...
but to just give the name of the photog and model as if there was no one else there who contributed is just not cool...
if you notice, the whole team is credited on page in the magazines..
and for good reason....
*it's only the models whose names usually are not printed because- as i said...you can see who they are...

this is standard industry procedure...
and these people who are really incredibly talented certainly deserve credit and praise for their work...

thanks so much for the info glosoli...
i had no idea soraya dayani was working for iD...
and pep gay ...wow...amazing...
rita marmor seems to be doing great work these days as well...

i am SO SO glad to see joannes blades' work more regularly..
she sort of faded away there for a bit...or at least i wasn't seeing ner stuff...and look at that A-mazing editorial...
happy for cedric too...i know he has been struggling to get himself out there more...
maybe they will be the new dream team......

If I were posting full-size scans when I mention a new magazine, I'd have no problem with crediting all involved, because that would be reproducing their work directly to the public.

That said, when I post a review of a magazine, it's more of a brief summary of the contents, articles and all, so that people might buy the magazine itself, with the main purpose of alerting anyone who is a fan of a certain model or photographer that there may be something in say, Tatler or UK Glamour this month that they might otherwise miss. I don't feel there's much point in me reproducing full name-rolls for work I'm not reproducing in full.
