I quite like the cover. I wouldn't say she looks 20 though. The style of photography for that cover shot is so grainy and retro it's hard to tell how old she is. I like the Avedon/ Andy Warhol/ dolla dolla bill/ Victorian Queen 'Modern Currency' mash-up. I usually am not a fan of M&M but the vintage vibe/photography style puts the focus on her piercing eyes and bird like face.
I'm not getting why the supposed End of Elegance is worth celebrating though.

im going to go ahead and say it. i know many of you will question my sanity and sobriety, but i like the lohan editorial. say what you want about her personal life, the girl always gives good photo. she is one of the few actresses who i think could actually make it as a model (body/height aside)
Tim Walker never ceases to amaze me with his work, and Kristen is one of the best models period so they make the perfect comboTo me the edit is both a little beautiful and scary yet completely stunningDying to see Prada archive, amazing models and hoping for some of my favorites from past collections

I knew this issue was going to be special when I heard that Love magazine snagged Linda for the cover. And now that I've seen McMenamy shot by Tim Walker, this issue is EPIC for me now. This issue of Love magazine justifies my admiration for the fashion industry. And for now, the Vogues, Elles and so forth are just an afterthought.
