(I too would like to hear other opinions on this ...)
Oh, we already broke up. I'm so disappointed! The only thing I can honestly say I like better is the layout/graphic design. However, it's been about 2 months now where I haven't purchased the magazine. It keeps getting thinner and thinner, no real content that 'grabs' me or that I couldn't get online... And yes, the most annoying part is that I feel like I'm reading and Ellegirl. Except, I'm not a girl anymore, and I don't want a teen mag! I miss the old Lucky. I agree about the figure flaws page. I miss the months of outfits/lucky girl week of outfits. They were much better styled before. And I do not like the 'dear lucky' answers, either. I miss Andrea's last page outfit illustration.
Whoa, that was some rant.
Lucky was my regular monthly purchase. Now I have no magazine at all : (

Maybe the current editor's Jane experience is what's causing the magazine to skew so young ...
I agree that the week of outfits was good. Elle does that, but their print is so damn small ... I think graphic designers who design that way should not be allowed to have reading glasses when they need them. At least Lucky hasn't done that ...

^ yes, that is a good thing in Lucky now. They have great graphic design. So, no worries about tiny type. I've always thought Elle's pages were very crowded ; )
I don't understand Lucky magazine at all. I feel as though some times they cater to the adult hipster, but then they choose the most mainstream cover "models". I think this magazine lacks direction.
