Yes, but you can't buy it in stores, Madame Figaro is sent to "Le Figaro" suscribers (french newspaper)

As far as i'm concerned I always thought it was like that, somebody correct me if I'm wrong
I'd like to be wrong because I often want to buy one...

I know that a few people have managed to buy copies, however I don't know how available they are. Perhaps they only release a certain amount to circulate on the newsstand. Or for a very limited amount of time?
But they do float around.
