^If you host the images somewhere, like imageshack or imagevenue (just get an account at one and upload to there), then you get given a set of codes (you want the IMG/forum type of codes at thefashionspot, not html), and there is an option for full size, or thumbnails, and then copy and paste the code to the reply box. you can check it works here by previewing before you post your reply. hope that helps.
