I don't think it's even photoshop, they just played too much with 'natural' makeup, which resulted in the opposite effect. She does look like Lindsay Lohan .. nice follow-up to her Vogue Germany cover..

Hilary is stunning but the bad lighting is casting some seriously bad shadows on her. But I do love the colors of the masthead and text!
