I don't get it. People loved the cover with Anja, Clemence and Chloe... which was full of colour and had a casting that was relevant and actually made sense. Why revert back to this?

Maybe I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't Mischa, who is just...

i love everything about this cover.
I wish people could stop dissing Mischa.
She is an amazing actress and you would see that if you have watched anything other than her on the oc. She is beautiful.
I did like the older Mischa a little more, mainly because I love that Californian tanned glow, but i still love her eclectic style.
I think shes just matured since being on the oc plus she has so many indie movies coming out its crazy to say that shes a has been. Mischas mostly been an indie actor apart from the oc.
She is such a nyon girl.

unfortunately i've seen a lot her non-oc work, and i can't say the same about her skills, or rather lack there of, as an actress. that said, excepting the midriff the cover isn't bad. bit of a stale choice picking mischa, but it's no surprise.

The cover is nice, Misha looks good but I'm not a fan and won't buy it.

Maybe I'm biased, because I love Mischa, but I really like this cover. Something about the styling reminds me a bit of the old Nylon, which I love. Can't wait to get this!

To all the "she's not relevant" comments, she does have a movie coming out in September that supposedly did fairly well at Sundance. However, I think it would have been cooler of Nylon to feature some of the lesser known co-stars, like Zoe Kravitz or Melonie Diaz.

it's an eye-catching shot regardless of who she is.

I got my issue in the mail today.

Doesn't seem like a bad issue, but I've only flipped through it.

Mischa is so overrated! And totally talentless!

This was seriously one of the worst articles I have ever seen. The writing in particular was beyond awful and Mischa comes across as snotty and ungrateful, some examples:

"She's tall, looks like she actually eats, and her famously low voice is just as Eartha Kitt as it's always been."

(Huh?? Mischa sounds nothing like Eartha and her voice has all the sex appeal of a rock. What a bizarre comparison.)

About being arrested: "Like, it was one of those things that I never thought would happen to me, and I was disappointed because it associated me with a group of girls that I would rather not be associated with. That was the biggest bummer for me -- I didn't leave my house."

"...I've done a lot to pay back for what I did (speaking about driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of narcotics). I ask what she means by pay back, expecting an answer about friends and family and regaining trust. Instead she looks at me and says, "Just like stuff you have to do to please the courts."

(Needless to say, the remorse here is overwhelming.)

"I was thinking about that, you know (about doing projects where she plays a highschool character). I was the youngest on The O.C. They were all like 26, 27, playing 16 and 17 and I was 17. So now that I'm 22, I don't want to be doing that forever."

(Obviously, being the youngest on the O.C. was due to her overwhelming acting abilities. Nice of her to backhand her former co-stars from the O.C. at the same time.)

^I know, I could scarcely believe it myself!

It goes on for pages with her talking about how she always does "really dark roles" (uh, like in T.A.T.U?) and desperately making herself sound serious and not a teenager. Yet she comes across as self-absorbed and thoughtless as one. Maybe, she's not such a good actress after all if she can't even pull that off, huh?
