Its definitely Lohan. Mert and Marcus shot her Miu Miu ads and once you're in - you're in. This is just like what happened after they shot J.lo's Vuitton ads. There is always a lot of overlap between the girls they shoot for campaigns and the girls they keep for editorials / covers, be they models or actresses. Plus the time is right for Lindsay - like her or not she's at the epicenter of multiple scandals and her film is right about to come out.
That said the picture is beautiful - classic M&M black and white. Cant wait to see the rest of the edit.
