In Australia, she is represented by Priscilla's Model Management, an agency that has a long-standing reputation for being extremely protective of its models.

"I can't be on every shoot," Ms Leighton-Clark said. "Had I known it was to be a topless shoot, (Seven) would never have done it."

Lovely hypocrisy from the agent consdiering she had previously done nudity for the same magazine.

A New Zealand modelling agency says it supports the decision of of one of its 16-year-old models to appear topless in an Australian magazine.
Auckland model Zippora Seven - described as New Zealand's answer to Kate Moss - is shown topless in a bath in one of photos in the 18-page spread from lifestyle and fashion magazine Russh Australia.
The picture shows Zippora and 16-year-old male model Levi Clarke in the bath together, with four bottles of champagne also visible. In another, Zippora is again topless while riding a horse.
Earlier reports said modelling agency Red Eleven - which manages Zippora - had been shocked and disappointed with the pictures.
But Amanda Betts, a Red Eleven director who discovered Zippora said the agency was surprised, but not disappointed with the topless pictures.
"That's a misquote. I think it's a really beautiful shoot - I love Russh. But that's my personal opinion, which I really want to keep to myself," she said.
She said all the models Red Eleven represented were taught to research each proposed photo shoot, and to discuss the details with family members.
"Making an educated decision is the most important thing - once they make those decisions we back them," she said.
Russh Australia has been contacted for comment.
A spokeswoman from the Australian Classification Board said it had contacted Russh Australia's publisher about the shots.
The classification code prohibits the depiction of sexualised or gratuitous nudity involving minors under the age of 18.
"It's not just the nudity itself - for example there are nature magazines that might show naked children - it's the manner in which it is depicted," she said.
Ms Betts described Zippora as a strong, smart girl. She said she first discovered her as a 5'3" 14-year-old, and was immediately impressed by her maturity.
"I suggested she should come in [to the agency]. The fascinating thing was she seems so quiet and vulnerable, but [when I started talking to her] I found big old me talking quietly and getting down to her level.
"I found it interesting the power Zippora had over me and the confidence."
Zippora was initially hesitant about becoming a model, Ms Betts said. "It took about nine months for her to decide about whether to pursue modelling. But she's has gone really far, really fast - all 5'6" of her."
She has since worked with many New Zealand fashion titles and fashion designers - including Kate Sylvester, the designer at the centre of last month's Australian Fashion Week controversy in which pouting catwalk models wore war medals.
Zippora has also worked with Australian Vogue, international fashion magazines, and was currently in Japan on a shoot, Ms Betts said.
"The fascinating thing about Zippora is that ... all Zippora's shoots are about Zippora. She doesn't only play characters, they [the shoots] become about Zippora."

How many here see stories like this in any one of the magazines we like and look up to? I could live with the Horse story but this not so much

They are apparently being sued by Chandon & the hotel , The Sebel Harbour. Plus being investigated by the govt for showing topless pics of underaged Zippora.

Doesnt matter what we all think. Everyone here likes different things.

RUSSH is not going to recover from this , especially after January's news where the Creative Director, Editor and Art Director all walked out. Advertisers will pul out left right and center. I hope they can survive this though.

i agree ^ its such a shame because the magazine really is worth it but a few too many wrong decisions.

Thats what happens when you get inexperienced people running a magazine. What has natalie Shakur edited prior to RUSSh? What has Stevie Dance done prior to RUSSH? I blame the editor on the shoot for this mess. I blame Natalie for not being smart enough to know that you just cant run stories like that when you are already have financial difficulties.
