Pretty sure I'm asking for the impossible, but if anyone can find these pics, it's you guys!

I'm looking for an editorial of Adrianna Lima from 2002-2005 (somewhere in between there). It was a swimsuit shoot, and she was painted to look incredibly dark (almost African-American or Indian) and she was wearing a long, straight ponytail almost down to her butt.

I think it was in either Elle or Bazaar.

Also, it wasn't shot at the beach or ocean; it was maybe by buildings on stones?

I'd be so amazed if anyone could find this

and does anyone remember a recent teen vogue editorial that was photographed in cuzco, peru? i remember the model had a really cute hat on. the editorial had peasants in the background...

I believe that Mario Testino discovered her but she always done work on the commercial side. I know she did a swimwear ed with Karolina in US Vogue May 2001 but IDK about VI, maybe ask testinofan or ASF if they know?

yes she was in Vogue italia january 2001 feaut. another modes shot by Testino its actually beauty editorial in body colours (underwear, bod parts faces etc) and saw her another time in Mixt(e) march-april 2001 shot by Testino too and styled by Roitfeld (b/w on the wthite background) kinda standart testino stuff , but amazing (tomboy+pure femme fatale sexy clothes) styling by m-me Carine works so good

i am a bit confused, what this fleacked girl is actually the same one, cause in that may 2001 US Vogue ed by Testino again she looks totally different (commercial and cheap)

Are you sure it's July, August or September? I looked through all 3 and couldn't find it, but I swear I have read about your site in Nylon at some point, because the name sounds familiar. I will double check and look through some more issues to see if it's any of them, but I only have copies of the magazine up to September. If I find it, i'll scan it.
