February's usually an odd month. InStyle hasn't even arrived to subscriber's yet, and that's usually a week before Elle/Harper's & Vogue. I think it could be Saturday or Monday before Subs see their copies..

It's not (I hunted) and my subscriber's copy hasn't come either. It must be running late, as the adverts for the issue in Marie Claire have the supplement's cover instead of the issue's cover. I think Feb's an awkward month for most magazines.
