Meh, I've seen better covers from British Elle, I don't think the Olsen's photograph well. And I don't know why the duo shot wasn't used for subscribers. This is Elle's weakest issue of 2012, thus far. None of the editorials are visually stimulating, or innovative. I read somewhere Lorraine Candy plans to use different photographers, stylists and models for upcoming issues.

^Please tell me that's just the quality of the scan and not the oddest lighting to ever have been seen on a cover in the 2nd one? And she looks so...pink?

The first one of those is absolutely lovely

Love that dress and the dramatic make up against the simple background.
