Its strange, when i saw the title before opening the thread and it said "Kristen" i dreaded opening it, but now seeing it fully, I'm surprised. I do like the dress and the make up and think she has great skin and hair, but i cant say i am at all looking forward to her interview and cover photo's. I am however excited for the content in this issue, as the october issue tends to have a great dose of editorials, that i have liked in the past.

I like the cover, i don't know Kirsten to look enthusiastic or striking in any fashion related photo(s) so her pose and gaze isn't shocking...and it's expected tbh. nice styling, make up and theme.

Just looking at that cover sucks all the life and energy out of me. I know that looking "sleepy" and "nonchalant" is her "thing" but this is terrible.

If it wasn't for her bankability, imbecile fans and showbiz connections, there would be absolutely no reason for her to be on that particular cover. She's as attractive, lively and stimulating as a dead fish.

There's always one of her eyes that ruins every picture by giving away her actual repulsion towards.. anyone that looks at it.

It didn't take Twilight or her PR stunts/scandals for me to see this girl had features and symmetry that could very easily be explored by fashion's creative teams.. it was actually Into The Wild what gave this away.. and recently watched Fierce People* and she had it then too at barely 15. It is a shame.. or more like an amazing realisation, knowing that no matter how harmonic looks can be, behaving like an undereducated, entitled 12 year-old at 22 can truly wash all of that away. I don't see any sensitivity, or spark or intrigue.. I see a face, and quite possibly one of the least interesting minds employed in Hollywood right now.

I did enjoy the styling of that Gucci collection, the mood and many of the pieces too.. so I like how they channeled it here.. and they picked a good canvas to reconstruct it.
