I love Rihanna but this is nothing compared to her July 2010 cover. That was all areas chic, this is all areas bad. The styling is horrid, the hair is so thick and nasty and her rugged fierce wannabe facial expression is bad!

Elle must really be regretting this since Rihanna and her new hair is rocking it in all areas!

I don't even know what to say... The editorial is uberly hideous as well, there's one shot in which her hair is particularly screaming S.O.S please someone help me it's not healthy!
What happened to US Elle? They're always delivering the same boring covers with the same text and same angle. Seriously, they're in need of a huge revamp

hate the cover: she looks cheap there! Her hair like this + this hiddeous outfit on the cover = major fail! And the editorial is bad as well, such a letdown because Rihanna is FABULOUS so to end with something like this, it sucks!

Is this going to be another year where Rihanna makes the rounds on the cover of all of the US fashion mags? I really hope not. Saw way too much of her in 2011 and am still recovering!
I actually like her music, but the publicty last year was overkill to the hilt!

oh Lord, that hair is nasty! awful cover but the first shot from her ed is pretty nice actually, mainly because her hair looks better
