I have to admit, Jen usually does look great on the red carpet. She stands out for the fact that she doesn't show up with the blinged out plunging gown and obnoxious wavy hair covered in gaudy jewels...
The cover however, is boring as s**t and not at all appropriate for an autumn cover. She has a pretty face, so in that respect she isn't a bad choice (an unexpected one, but not bad). But couldn't they do something dramatic. Dark eyes, sleek angular hair, graphic black dress, dark wintery colored background...it's not hard. That's all off the top of my head so I'm thinking someone on Bailey's team could've done better...if not then they're being overpaid.

Well you guys have to take into consideration that the average American woman doesn't know anything about the top models or quote "iconic fashion images." All they care about is picking up their rag from the supermarket and learning about how to get that Angelina bod and achieving that Garner glow, or in this case the covetted Aniston hair. Europeans for whatever reason have a less superficial attitude about their daily living. American consumers will never get tired of this formulaic cover that every other magazine here is producing. The opposite...That's what their foreign versions are for... All the great foreign versions all stem from the American original and those versions are always better than the original.

Yes, it's quite a stretch for an Anniversary... but she's still better than most celebrities. And she looks good on the cover...
