Wow! A nice surprise to see Madonna on the cover of a fashion mag instead of the usual suspects!

Yikes, Terry's harsh lighting was certainly not the correct choice for Madonna's now plastically harsh face.

Age aint nothing but a number. I like the photos and especially the previews on HP website, fortunatley Madonna is on a cover magazine.
THough, I admit it again, I am not a fan of Terry.

Terry's flat lighting has turned Madonna into a plastic manequin. I don't get why anyone ever hires him.

Talk about the difference between US and UK editions. We have classy Jennifer L. photo shoot and then we have this. (p.s. NOTHING against Madonna, she is cool, but look at this..come on)

The banner makes it look like BAZAAP.

The lighting is harsh and the text, although it's not overload, is kinda weird. The text feels like it's all over the place and there are huge spaces.. They can't seem to get it right for me. Their layout can't seem to find the balance it needs.

I'm not that crazy about this one but it's not the usual cover star you'll expect considering their cover stars this year have been meh

So tragic, i mean beyond even! It might as well be someone created entirely from animation, and i wont even get into try hard styling, and text layout. And the banner Madonna by Madonna? Please! Just awful!

First Miley Cyrus and now Madonna. Two cover subjects in a row which I couldn't care less about (even though I do listen to most of Madonna's music).

I think Madonna looks horrendous on the cover. The lighting and everything else is all wrong for her. We all know how old she is and how hagged she often looks in candid photos - never ever this polished and wrinkle-free. We always see Madonna looking the same too, wearing clothes which are far too revealing and recycling the same direction. I would of loved to have seen something different, something photographed by Daniel Jackson perhaps.

I agree, totally.
His work is pendantic and lacks any depth.

I love Madonna, but, she looks a bit like a vampire here.
The whole thing looks really dated.

Why can't she have an Evita moment again?! Why couldn't Bazaar try something different instead of the same cliche? Why are they trying to peddle sex when they're a woman's magazine? So many why's.. Why do I bother with American Bazaar?
