Does it bother anyone else that a FASHION magazine is declaring an issue to be "THE FASHON ISSUE" uhhh... every issue of a fashion magazine should be a fashion issue!! God, this magazine irritates me

those miranda kerr images are quite terrible, but what makes it even worse was how they had to put "Exclusive Miranda Kerr Naked" on the actual cover...come on, really??

Damn, all major magazines seem to be going pink for their september issues. Have to say, while this is miles better than Elle's, it might be too pink. Love the composition though and everything else, but the color (pink in particular) takes too much focus away from her face. All I see is a giant, pink hat.

Do I need to say pink again?

^after what Glenda's done to HB i'd be open to Terry running things Even if he's a one trick pony at this point, I know and have seen that he's got more vision and creative depth, as witnessed in the same magazine in decades prior, than what gets splashed across the pages of HB today. However, even after 10 + years as EIC of Bazaar, i still can't identify Glenda's aesthetic, design or fashion viewpoint. but yeah this issue is a disaster.

Does anybody know how the sales of Bazaar have been since Glenda took over? I wonder why they keep her on, or does nobody else want to edit Harper's Bazaar? Isn't it like.. the lowest selling "major" fashion magazines in the US?

I think this magazine could be such a great counter-point to Vogue, but they're just squandering it.

The cover is splendid and Gwen looks amazing both on the cover and in the editorial. But how can this issue claim to be The Fashion Issue if they feature a naked Mirand Kerr with boots. Honestly, I want to see fashion on a fashion magazine not soft porn.
