I don't think Emma Stone's cover is at all overdue. She has been great in what she has been in, but her resume is not all that accomplished yet, compared to Jessica Chastain for example. Now is the perfect time, when she is about to take on her biggest role to date.

She does deserve a Vogue cover and this looks nice! Except a bit overshopped.

And guess what? NO BANNER on the cover this time!

The fact that nobody even knew who Jessica Chastain even was before or after The Help should tell you everything. I literally had to google who that was to even remind myself. Now Back to Emma, she looks absolutely amazing but can't help but wish she got her cover during her red hair days.

Eventhough I prefer Emma with red hair, this cover is really appealing to me. The soft colors and Emma's sort of startled expression along with the delicacy of the lingerie-inspired Nina Ricci make for a muted and elegant cover.

Couldn't agree more about the CVs of Stone vs Chastain. Stone is another one of Anna's pet starlets (but at least not at the lowly level of Blake Lively).

Emma looks dead-eyed here and blonde hair makes her seem much less beguiling and look washed out. The red hair goes so much better with her skin tone. Is the blonde for Spider Man?

I'm pleased to see Kati Nescher in this issue, I always like seeing new faces in Vogue.

Lara and Joan shot by M&M and styled by Camilla? This should be enough for me to purchase this issue.

Wow the review sounds fantastic! Lara & Joan, Karlie by Testino in Brazil, Kati's debut at Vogue. Thanks surrealseven!
