I rolled my eyes at the title. I couldn't care less about Penelope OR Pirates of the Caribbean, but damn this photo is striking. Vogue finally got it RIGHT.

I'm just not feeling this cover at all. I can see the merits of it... but I just have no interest in it. I think it might be because of Penelope. I don't hugely see the interest in her beauty or person, she leaves me somewhat blank.

It does look very 90's though I agree.

Woah, breathtaking. Reminds me of the covers of the 70s/90s, done in a modern way. This has to be the best US Vogue cover I've seen in years.
