People, let's save ourselves from the Lady Gaga hate; this is probably as edgy as US Vogue can ever get, so can we just marvel at this moment?

I would have preferred if the wig was platinum blonde, but I guess that would have been too obvious. The pink is alright I guess.

Models are usually on May or August every other year.

The last time there was a model on the cover of a March issue was Amber Valletta in 2000.

I love it! I enjoy seeing her in all her outfits because she never tries to look "PRETTY". A lot of celebrities will wear daring outfits but make sure their face conforms to what I think of as a "Hollywood ideal". Lady Gaga seems a lot more genuine in all her man-made getups than a lot of other celebs.

OMFG. This is amazing! Love it! A nice change from US Vogue. Although I'm a bit bothered by the pink wig. But what the hell, it's Lady GaGa and it the cover really looks good. This was shot by Testino, right?

But not March issues - I was referring to that specific month. Maybe it's my age, but tfs is taking me down a path of total pedantry, where these small details are starting to make me insane. So while I'm at it, it's not a cheetah or a tiger cub on that Vanity Fair cover, it's a lion.

It's different , It's not pretty pretty celebrity cover.....
and I think Gaga suit the power issue title..and Born this way Lady Gaga seems cool.
I want to know what's the label of the dress and it's different gaga style.
I love the cover, but I'm a little monster...so ....hahaha
