I feel quite bemused by the cover itself.I don't know what to make of it or what to think of it. Perhaps most won't agree,but I'll put my 2 cents in with regards to who we'd have loved to see on the cover,and for me that's Karlie Kloss.

Having said that,seeing Natalias ed makes everything better,what wonderful modern takes on iconic people. Looking forward to seeing the rest of this issue.

Yes it is a big beef stew of models of various status. You have a new comer Anna wants to push, the super models that will sell the cover and the girls that are scoring a lot of jobs right now.

One should forget that only a tiny fraction of Vogue readers are "fashion experts" like members on this forum. Therefore covering the magazine in a spread of entirely new models would evoke any interest in 85% of Vogue readers who are normal people who just want to dress well.

TFS members are Annas third priority after pleasing the mass and the whealty advertisers willing to pay big buck to be featured on the first page of the magazine if Natalia is on the cover.

Yes, the cover model mish mash really shows that AW's aesthetic input is extremely low, and, as we all know, limited to a good eye for the beauty of gardens and a keen eye for imperfections of the most shallow sort.

i have no particular objections to any of the models on the cover- but i would have thought that Hilary epitomised the Ralph Lauren, elegant all american image.

Sort of like Carolyn Murphy, very New England looking. (which is to say, wholesome, preppy and pretty!)

plus imo Hilary would make people buy the mag, she's got some celebrity profile with the way Estee Lauder is grooming her.

O.K I'm so late but I loveeeeee the cover, it's better than last time. It reminds me of 90s covers. Honestly I'm happy that Anna J is on the front with Natalia and Liya, mixing it up.

And Lara looks amazing, I can't believe it.

Eds sound amazing, Natalia's is great, as Verushka in Chanel Couture is stunning (but I love her Poiret one more). I thought Enninful would be for June.
