Scarlett looks really lovely on the cover even if it's sort of boring because the old hollywood glamour has been done before. It's a shame, I feel like Scarlett always does glamourous editorials, I'd love to see her do something edgy for once (but then again it's not really up to her is it? The magazines put her in ed's they think people want to see). But I'm okay with this editorial mainly because it has Mark in it!

What is the point of the cross-eyed leopard? I'm secretly hoping it's some sort of crazy Cartier product placement, because that would be less boring than simply using a big cat as a glamorous prop. And as far as I'm aware, they pee everywhere to mark their territory, so I don't find myself having aspirational fantasies of taking one to afternoon tea.

Maybe it's a tenuous visual connection between the zoo film and the superhero movie - a new editorial universe where she gets to keep a cat, and the Hulk scrubs up well when he wants to.

Sure its typical for them, but its still a stunning image of her, and the text is not crazy. I like it. ^ The shot was inspired by the movie "Bringing Up Baby" with Katherine Hepburn & Cary Grant, that's the reason for the leopard.

I'm not excited, her face looks a bit too photoshopped on the cover. there's something extremely bland about it.....

Omg yes! She always does the 40-50s pinup, vixen look. It would be refreshing to see her try something new but i expected this. It's like groundhogs day with her when it comes to covers/eds. Boring.
Also, that editorial is just awful. This is why I dislike Testino for US Vogue, its always so uninspired and boring. Hopefully there are some great ed's in this issue.

It's pretty, but I feel like I've seen this same exact cover at least a dozen times before from Vogue US. I mean, same expression, pose, layout, everything.

Also, for some reason I just can't get into Scarlett.

I share the same sentiments with most about the 50s styling. It is the quintessential American stereotype of style, and I wish US Vogue could move past it. The photoshopping really is bad. She looks like she in a vintage teeth whitening ad. I like Scarlett, though. I just wish they would have modernized her into this century.

I wasn't expecting to see her at all, honestly. She looks good on the cover, there's something different about that I like. Perhaps it's the lighting.

Yeah, that seems to be going around. It's pretty identical to what Vogue UK did with Charlize.

I like it! The cover looks really good, the editorial not so much. But great work overall...
