The hair on the cover is horrible and her head looks too big for her cover.

That's the Sept. cover???? There's nothing unique or exclusive which would make you think anybody went out of their way to creat something special for the BIG FALL FASHION ISSUE! from the cover, to the actress, to the edits, it's all so run of the mill. What about any of this says Must Buy??

P.S. It's actually her fourth cover, in three years.
