SuperModels' and Post-SuperModels' eras are gone now and with them is gone the everymonth model cover....
And people, don't forget (big warriors) magazines must sell or they'll die
- indie magazines must sell as well, but they managed to attract (fashion) people with CREATIVITY or Fashion Popular Names -

and celebrities sell more than anything else on a fashion magazine...
Fashion (à la Conde Nast) is more "popular" than it ever used to be.....

Models covers is kind of an old game now in the BIG magazines.......
look even Vogue Italia is playing this game, now......

but I guess celebs agents has something to do with it...

the photography and styling is much more adventurous. as long as the shot is good, i couldn't care less *who* it is. it's been a while since we've seen a model cover, but i think V does a good job of balancing the two.

Are you sure it was an editorial and not just the IMG pages of the Powerhouse Agency section? I mean, that's the only place in this issue where Daria, Hana and Jeisa all show up. No stand alone editorial for Hana, sorry everyone.

IMG, Supreme, and Ford have spreads for the Powerhouse Agencies. Amanda Laine has a nice two page spread on her runway success as well. There's a four page jean spread (two pages for the boys, and two pages for the girls) with Flo, Pilar, Caroline, Ania, Vika and one more Supreme girl (perhaps Andressa). Hope this helps.
